We stayed in a family room that was really comfy. the atmosphere here was so warm and welcoming, it felt like home. the best part was the location - it was amazing! We were close to a popular shopping street, the historic area, and tons of great restaurants and sights to see. 🛍️

Beautiful building and rooms with much better water pressure. Very central location, just a pleasant stroll away from G Lounge. Truly enjoyed absolutely charming area.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the standard king room with inner courtyard views, everything was magical. I booked a room with a nice bed, climate control and a patio. Staff were exceptionally attentive and caring. The service was exceptional and the food was fabulous.

The hotel is a beauty, rooms are a bit small-but you dont really mind as you will be spending most of the day outside- and classic, stone-made, a real charm. Location is good- many shops, restaurants around and squares to have a beer/coffee. Staff is friendly, breakfast could have been better, given the price per stay.

It could be more clean, but nothing to worry about.

Location is hard to beat. The staff was really freindly and ready to please. The hotel is fully clean. The social areas are very nice. The building is colonial but well restored. It is a very small hotel. Rooms are very quiet, so it was great to sleep. Wi-fi functioned perfectly in the room.

Location is perfect, staff is very friendly, common area is welcoming, rooms are air-conditioned

Seating furniture in the rooms is not confortable, but it is no big deal, at all.

Palpable history (500-year-old convent), truly friendly and attentive staff, and wonderful breakfast.

Hard to say. The dining room at breakfast was uncomfortably warm, but what are you going to do in this historic context?

Inner courtyard and decor of the sitting area in the front. They'll fry two eggs for you at breakfast if you ask. Good location and vibe. Courteous staff. Hotel taxi driver helped us change a flat tire.

Breakfast pancakes tended to be tough and dull tasting. Bedspread had dirt stains and cigarette burn. Booked.net website said we would pay in local currency but bill was presented in US dollars, and when we asked about paying in DR pesos, was told exchange rate would be 40 pesos to the dollar (not a good exchange rate). A bit annoying.
